Antique Georgian 1802 Sterling Silver 1L Teapot Tea Pot Charles Aldridge London

Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful Georgian sterling silver teapot, made by Charles Aldridge of London, c-1802. The pot is of oval form with plinth base and timber handle and finial, being of excellent quality throughout. Condition is good used, with a repair to the handle evident (per photos). The pot is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 90% overall. A fine example of an early 19th century sterling silver teapot. 

The pot stands 13.5cm tall and measures 29cm handle-to-spout. It has a comfortable capacity of 1 litre and pours beautifully. Unpacked, it weighs in at 581gms.
