Antique Edwardian 1910 Solid 15ct Gold Purple Amethyst Seed Pearl Brooch Pendant

Here today for your consideration we have this superb Edwardian solid 15ct yellow gold convertible pendant/brooch, c-1910. The piece is of the Belle Epoque style and is studded with ten (10) purple amethyst glass and forty-six (46) seed pearls, being of exquisite style and quality. The piece is versatile, allowing itself to be worn as a pendant or a brooch, with the bail removable (per photo). Condition is good through, with no losses to note. The pin holds good tension within the catch, with the piece hallmarked to the base of the outermost two drops. An eye catching design for a variety of applications. 

As a pendant, the piece has a total drop of 68mm and a width of 28mm. The central stone measures 15mm x 11mm. Unpacked, the piece weighs in at a respectable 9.36gms.
