Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Art Deco sterling silver teapot, made by Harrison Brothers & Howson of Sheffield, c-1923. The teapot is of Georgian styling with four ball feet and reeded middle, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with damage limited to a slight and discrete depression to the left of the spout (per photos). The handle is tight to the body, with the finial original and matching. The teapot is without monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 70% overall (starting to fade). A great quality teapot for display or use.
The pot stands 14cm tall and measures 24cm handle-to-spout. It has a comfortable capacity of 800mls and pours nicely. Unpacked, it weighs in at a respectable 443gms.
