Here today for your consideration we have this superb antique solid 9ct gold necklace chain, c-1900. The chain is of belcher design and is in very good used condition, with no major damage to note. The clasp is rolled gold (most were for strength), with the chain featuring an applied 9ct mark and tested for authenticity. The chain has had a light polish with respect for patina, with a decision of further polishing left to the next custodian. A fine genuine antique chain for the collection.
The links are about 2.5mm wide with the chain measuring 45cm (17.5") long. Unpacked, it weighs in at 5.16gms.
