Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Art Deco twelve-piece fruit of dessert cutlery set, made by William Bruford & Son Ltd of London, c-1933. The set includes six knives and six forks, being produced in the popular Kings pattern. The quality and gauge is very good throughout, with both blade/tine and handle marked for sterling silver. Condition is fair used, with separation evident between blade/tine and handle (but every piece very tight). The set features a well executed crested monogram throughout, with the hallmarks about 90% overall. A useable set of 20th century sterling silver for the collection.
The knives and forks measure around 18cm and 16.5cm long respectively, with the set having a generous combined weight of 501gms unpacked.
