Antique 1911 Solid 9ct Yellow Gold Cricket Sports Medal Fob Pendant CSSPS Senior

Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful antique solid 9ct gold medal, presented to Captain C. Smith for the 1st Seniors Premiers cricket competition by the C.S.S.P.S, c-1911. The medal was made by Robert Rollason of Sydney and is of bright cut design with shielded cricket player to centre, finishing in a gold jump ring. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The inscription is beautifully executed, with the hallmarks in good order. An excellent sporting medal for the collector, or talk to your jeweller about adding a bail to use as an eye-catching pendant. 

Excluding the jump ring, the medal measures 40mm x 36mm. Unpacked, it weighs in at 3.94gms.
