Antique 1900 French 950 Sterling Silver 3pc Cruet Set Salt Cellar Mustard Pot

Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful three piece solid 950-grade silver cruet set, bearing French export hallmarks, c-1900. The set includes two open salt cellars and a lidded mustard pot, each decorated with pierced and pressed bow detail. Condition is fair used, with a few bows missing some ribbons on the salt cellars and the silver having some internal salt corrosion. The finial of the mustard pot lid is out of shape, and the hinge has some minor movement. The salt cellar glass liners have a couple of nibbles to the rim, with the mustard pot liner being in poor condition. Each piece is hallmarked to the body, with the mustard pot having an additional hallmark inside the lid. An attractive set of French export silver for the collection.

The mustard pot stands 8.5cm tall, with the salt cellars having diameters of 4.5cm at the rim. Unpacked, the set weighs in at 214gms, with the silver accounting for 92gms of this.
